Heard about this place on Instagram but haven't had a chance to visit until now! Hooray!
First we went to the wrong end of Dixon St, stupid iPhone map! Finally reached it after refreshing the maps app.
Place feels like your in a lab with the staff in lab coats and all the smoke from the liquid nitrogen coming out of the food processors.
Line wasn't too long, we ordered the Ferraro Revival and Strawberry, Rosewater Meringue Pie. $8 each
Ah YUM! I loved the rosewater flavored meringue on top my refreshing strawberry ice cream.
The Ferraro revival comes with a chocolate syringe and a wafer!
Brilliant! Love this place!
Address is: 43/1 Dixon St, Sydney

Overall a great experience for the family, with friends or just with your partner :)
Last Dinner in Melbourne so we decided on somewhere close to the hotel.
We checked out their website and saw they had ice cream sandwiches = sold!
We ordered meatball sliders (Beef) and the Balls & All (Chicken) both amazing! For dessert of course we had the whoopie mac which consisted of Ferrero Rocher ice cream between pistachio and ginger biscuit.
Drinks we started off with the Aperol Spritz then had the Ramazotti Hot chocolate which consisted of Fine cocoa & milk steamed with amaro ramazotti and fresh mint!
Pictures are not the best quality but alas they give you an idea of this cute little bar.
