Ingredients 20 x Green beans boiled 1 cup Corn and green peas boiled 1 cup Quinoa made to packed instructions 1 x can tuna in Olive oil (You can use any flavour and brand )
Instructions: Once all veggies are cooked strain water and leave in pot In a saucepan cook Quinoa as per instructions Once the Quinoa is ready, add the veggies and can of tuna and stir through, add salt as per personal taste.
Serve and enjoy. I made this for dinner and took about 20 minutes! I was looking for something quick and healthy and ended up with this.
Fruit Boat
This can be made for breakfast, lunch and dinner or as a snack.
1 x Pawpaw cut in half with seeds removed ( You can use any large fruit such as rockmelon, watermelon, honey dew etc. Anything that can be used as a bowl)
1 x kiwi fruit peeled and cut into cirlcles 1 x pear cut into cubes Handful of grapes Lemon juice
Once you have all the fruit cut then place them randomly in the your pawpaw bowl ;) Squeeze lemon juice over and serve immediately!
